Wojo, one of the pioneers of coworking in France, is now a European network of over 400 workspaces designed to support professionals wherever their work takes them. Our mission was to transform 9 traditional meeting rooms into Out-of-the-Box spaces for ideation workshops, co-design, and soft skills training.
The Lounge, the Visual Lab, the LEGO® Factory, the Classroom, the Theater, and the Recréé are just a few examples of the Out-of-the-Box rooms. The Recréé, for instance, features innovative furniture but lacks tables to create a dynamic environment that stimulates both body and, later, creative thinking. Large writable walls and a touchscreen projector facilitate note-taking and visual brainstorming in both analog and digital modes. The Lounge is a warm space created for decisive meetings with important clients and partners, often used for one-on-one coaching sessions or interviews.
The Visual Lab is a space where personalization has been applied to all elements. To encourage communication and visual co-creation, we designed and created agile tables with writable surfaces. The LEGO Factory is the first room in Paris equipped with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® kits, a true pedagogical innovation appreciated by certified facilitators working with clients on strategic issues. Another example: The Theater is a pedagogical room with improvisation accessories, storytelling books, and public speaking tools.
