Acadomia

Acadomia, the leader in educational support in France with over 110 learning centers, has focused on transforming workspaces and active learning environments to accelerate innovation and growth. We have undertaken several projects, including redesigning the new headquarters and the first co-learning centers in France.

Co-learning: Educational Innovation through Space

The co-learning space is a warm educational environment between home and school, designed for young people who want to understand rather than just learn. This innovative project, inspired by the co-working concept, fosters a collaborative learning experience. The hybrid, multifunctional space includes various zones, uses, and atmospheres. It features alcoves, large work tables, stages, relaxation areas, a café, classrooms, spaces for coaches and teachers, and even a cinema room.

An Innovative Headquarters Reflecting Acadomia's Vision

The layout project for Acadomia’s new headquarters was an ambitious initiative, with the space itself becoming a key element in the company’s cultural transformation. The challenge lay in harmonizing the Haussmann-style building with functions defined by the teams, to introduce a new way of working. We designed a space that is human-centered, inspiring, and above all, functional. Employees actively participated in the project from the beginning through co-design workshops. The five-story building was arranged like a village, each level serving a distinct purpose according to the ‘Activity Based Design’ concept.
Several spatial innovations were introduced, including co-working spaces for nomadic employees, meeting alcoves equipped with screens, a Design Lab for innovation workshops, and a ‘café corner’ on each floor. The cafeteria includes an inspiring library and a conference area, among other features. This ergonomic and functional layout was complemented by imaginative decor, vibrant colors, and artistic installations celebrating creativity and learning.
